ASF copyright

While refactoring, I'm going to include the copyright notice within the
header of the class files? The incubation status web page mentions a "new
ASF copyright." Is this "new" copyright notice APL 2.0 or has the copyright
notice itself changed in someway?

Thanks,
Shane

It basically removes the copyright line but keeps the AL reference.

The reason being that copyright is not assigned to the ASF, but the
code is instead licensed to them.
