Schema copyright?

Heya!

Am I reading something wrong, or why do we have etc/schema/
j2ee_web_services_client_1_1.xsd in SVN? It's copyright statement says

"No part of this document may be reproduced in any form by any means
without prior written authorization of Sun and its licensors, if any."

It's for offline schema validation. We could dispense with this if we
needed to -- its primary function is for the schemavalidate Ant task.

There's actually some legacy code kicking around in
WebContainerAuthorizer that used DTDs earlier when parsing web.xml --
probably makes sense to trim that too.

I can get rid of this stuff in my next checkin -- I'm currently
fiddling around with the Ant scripts.
