[CANCELLED] [VOTE] Release Apache Superset 1.0.1 based on Superset 1.0.1rc1

Dear community,

A few bugs in 1.0.0 that had gone unnoticed were identified and fixed since
the vote for 1.0.1rc1 started. In addition, a few cherries that were supposed
to be included in rc1 had failed to be cherries into rc1. To address this we’re
cancelling the vote for 1.0.1rc1 and kicking off a new vote for 1.0.1rc2 shortly.
