PayPal payments marked as spam...

Lately, I've had a few PayPal payments marked as spam. The users are using
Juno -- and PayPal forges their email as the "from" address. This triggers
the FORGED_JUNO_RCVD and, if you get unlucky with some other things, enough to
set it over my spam score.

Can anything be done to whitelist these payments? Some rule that might help
maybe? Everything from PayPal seems to travel through
"smtp-outbound.nix.paypal.com" -- can that be used to mark as ham -- or would
spammer simply fake that into their headers?

Thanks.
