The last released version of Hourglass was 0.1.3.  To make things simpler I think we should make them in sync and have the next version of DataFu Hourglass be 1.3.0, the same as the next version for DataFu Pig.  This has the implication that there will be no breaking API changes for Hourglass until the 2.0.0 release.  I think this is fine, because Hourglass is already being used and having a stable API is therefore a good thing.
