    Fixed for JENA-869

    Fuseki 2.0 can't delete dataset cleanly, apply this patch, you can delete and recreate the dataset with same name.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/brianchen2012/jena master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/jena/pull/66.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
