Let's release JMeter 5.5 ?

Hello,

What do you think of releasing version 5.5 ?

The version looks nice and also answers the log4j update to 2.17.1 that is
requested by some users.

Regards
Philippe M.

It is not yet started, but you can render the page for yourself :)

$ ./gradlew previewSite

and then open ./src/dist/build/site/changes.html

Hello,

Where we can find a preview release note? or it's not started yet?
Best regards

I think we should merge https://github.com/apache/jmeter/pull/696 before we
release.

NOTICE is highly sensitive to "legal stuff", so I would refrain from
modifying NOTICE unless there's an explicit need to do that.
In the long-term, it would be great if we could replace the dependency with
something less legal-confusing :)

I would be more than OK with that.

I am wondering, if the new notice I placed at the end of the Readme would be better placed in the notice file. But either way, I am fine.
