Remove maven 1 support

Hi,
As now maven 1.x is EOL [1]
We can remove the support in Archiva?

Objections?

Cheers,

I'd say keep using the shipped dependency. We know where to find it if a change is ever needed, and would more likely remove the support if we found some work was needed anyway...

should work :-)

The question is related to import source code from maven or not.

Is it already working in 1.4? If so, maybe a deprecation cycle might be a good idea.

I don't mind removing it, but it might be good to understand how many users actively use that still.
