[WSS4J] Load crypto.properties from file system

Hi,

Is it possible to load the crypto.properties file (for
WSHandlerConstants.ENC_PROP_FILE) from the file system?
The search only goes through ClassLoader.getResource() and apparently
that doesn't find files on the filesystem?

My crypto.properties is in the classes directory of my app, on the classpath.
WSS4J seems to be finding it OK.
