annotated esql schema checked in

i just checked in an annotated esql schema to the cocoon cvs tree, you'll
find it in samples/sql/esql.xsd. note i finally made the schema valid, at
least according to the xml schema dtd. god only knows if it's _correct_,
though - i'm still a little fuzzy on when you should use elements, or
complexTypes, or sequences, or groups. can anyone recommend a good, up to
date electronic or dead tree tutorial for xml schema?
