[I] run jar file occur errors [incubator-streampark]

### What happened
afterI build user mvn package to build a jar,then upload the jar file from flink web ui and run the jar with program args ,everything works fine, but ,when I using streampark to deploy the jar, when start the job occur errors then the job executed faild

See the log information. The built jar is invalid. You can re-create the job and try the release process.

我在flink的lib目录下添加了一些jar包，就是日志里面提示缺少的类所在的jar包，然后重启flink，再构建就成功了
