[Bug 3005] New: /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf is being ignored

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3005

           Summary: /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf is being ignored
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P1
         Component: spamc/spamd
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jon@latchkey.com

I'm using a spamd/spamc setup.

Latest SVN trunk.

I don't have a ~user/.spamassassin/user_prefs file

I'm calling SA via this procmail:

:0fw: spamassassin.lock
| /usr/bin/spamc

My /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf looks like this:

rewrite_subject 1

The subjects of the emails for ~user do not have ****SPAM**** added, yet the
body of the spam message does appear to be checked by SA.

My guess is the missing ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs as being the problem.

jon
