When you switch tabs in SQL Lab and switch back to a tab which had a query you previously ran, instead of seeing the past query results (or a button to refetch results) you just see the headers - column names.

### Expected results

See previously loaded query results.

### Actual results

See headers and no query results.

#### How to reproduce the bug

1. Go to 'SQLab'
2. Run a query
3. Switch to new tab within SQL Lab
4. Switch back to the previous tab - see the issue - no data, no "refetch results" button - just headers of the table

### Environment

- superset version: `master`
