UI login page ignore any error messages expect 403.
In some cases we can return other status code to indicate special cases.

If SSO is set up 403 will result in redirect, which is not required as token is valid, but Ambari cannot allow it. See related JIRAs.

We should show error message on login page. Screenshot with current behavior attached.
