[mina] echo server fails

Trustin,

Check out what's up when we try the echo server - if there are port 
issuess you might want to search for an available port.

Hi,

GUMP report seems to be OK.  Does the test fail on your machine?  It
is because the test server port is hard-coded in the test code.  I'll
fix it.
