How to re-run topology, especially spout, bolt, customGrouping's prepare function

Dear all, I have topology with one spout, one bolt and connected with a self defined custom stream grouping class.

I wonder if I use Nimbus.Client's rebalance function, does the prepare function of bolt, spout, and custom grouping class with re-run?

If not, how to re-run the prepare function except by killing the topology?
