target_milestone Javascript error with Bugzilla

Hi there,

I get the following Javascript error when attempting to go to the query page of Apache Bugzilla using Internet Explorer 5.5:

"A runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?

Line: 569
Error: 'target_milestone.length' is null or not an object."

I did some digging and found the following bug report on Bugzilla 2.10. If you could fix this, I'd appreciate it. It's non-destructive, but certainly annoying!
