Salonmagazine article

http://www.salonmagazine.com/21st/feature/1997/11/cov_20feature.html

"We think the Apache guys are way cool," says one Microsoft employee who
didn't want his name used. "We think they're at the heart and soul of
what the Internet is all about."

"Apache is 'good enough' for just about everybody," says Linus Torvalds

-- they've even done a nice picture of a guy holding a red banner with a
gold Apache and feather attached :-)

The picture's an old Communist Party propaganda poster that's been
reworked. The flag originally had a hammer & sickle on it. Also there's
a link to the Communist Manifesto at the end of the article. Nothing
like painting the free software movement with a nice broad brush. "Heck,
we *must* be Commie pinkos or something to give this stuff away." 8^)

I don't really see that it is necessary...

Should we mention this in the 1.3b3 announcement? (I think so)
