Flash Player 11.6 and Apache Flex

Hi,

I can confirm that the SDK compiles and passes the check in tests when run in the 11.6 content debugger. Would be interesting to know if it passes all tests.

I update the various scripts to support AIR 3.6 and Flash Player 11.6.
