Thanks for reporting this issue.
I think the symlink is created by glog automatically.
It is updated once there is a new FATAL log file.
It would be appreciated if you can help resolve this problem.

> The file 2-cifar10-convnet-fatal-20151016-114558.3862 was not created since there was no any fatal log. I think the symlink file lt-singa.FATAL should not exist instead of linking to the old file because it may give user a false impression.
