Thanks [~dannycranmer], I think {{v3.0}} is the right branch/tag. But there is a problem that the v3.0 branch in {{flink-pulsar-connector}} uses {{< artifact flink-connector-pulsar >}} as the shortcode 'artifact', which will cause the version in the documentation to be incorrectly replaced with flink-version. 
BTW, ElsaticSearch connector also has the same problem, see FLINK-31670.
