   To read from remote, we'll need to read remote file. We should introduce the FileIO abstract interface to read data. We can take paimon-rust as a reference https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/blob/main/crates/paimon/src/io/file_io.rs
   
   Note we only need the interface for read, not to introduce write
