File transfer

Hello, 

i'm new to activemq, and i need a little help. 

How can i transfer files?

I'm interested in consumer part (publish/subscribe). The message i'm sending
needs to be of ObjectMessage type.

If the files are large (say over 1Mb) I'd recommend using JMS Streams...
