1.0 Release Available

The final 1.0 release is up on the server. The only change over the last 
build was a small change to build.xml suggested by Gianugo.

The tree is tagged release_1_0. If we decide to do a point release prior 
to 1.1 a branch needs to be created.

I'll make it more generally available shortly.
