  This commit includes work on changing the cursor for selection of rows, columns and tables
Creating select row, select column and select table icons dynamically. This could be refactored into a single method.
Registering new icons in Selection Manager (needs review to find best location to register these)
Cursors change when over edges of table but not consistently since events are not dispatched consistently. Also, the cursor changes appear to work when moving in a certain direction. For example, when the mouse moves from top to bottom or bottom to top it works but not the other way.
Removed elementWidth, elementHeight, widthWithPadding, heightWithPadding work in TableCellElement since it does not apply. Padding is determined in BaseCompose.
Added controller property in TableCellElement
Added show selection row cursor, show selection column cursor and show selection table cursor in TableExplorer
