The popup should get an different configured default layout manager:
Default for tc:page, tc:panel, tc:box is grid-layout with columns="*" and rows="*".
For popups we should use grid-layout with column="auto" and rows="auto". This will make the popup will be rendered in the size it needs and no explicit width and height must be set.
