Borders

Hi,

I'm currently getting crazy on trying to create a border for parts of a
table. Here's what I found out:

When defining a border fo a row, a border is drawn around the top line of
the row, not the whole row. Defining a border around a cell works. When I
try to define a border just for some edges of a cell, it doesn't work, no
border appears in the resulting pdf.

Is it an error, or did I understand something wrong?

Do you think, it's a good Idea using the latest version from cvs?
