   2.1.0-SNAPSHOT
   
   ### Flink Version
   
   1.15.2
   
   ### deploy mode
   
   yarn-application
   
   ### What happened
   
   1. submit a application to yarn
   2. kill the job manager container through yarn
   3. yarn failover the job manager in a different container,  and the yarn application continue to RUNNING
   4. strema park lost the Run Status
