[users@httpd] Dr. Watson Error - URGENT

Hello
I am running Apache Webserver Version 1.3.22 on Windows NT 4.0 SP6a with
ChiliASP (Sun ONE Active Server Pages) Version 3.6 to run ASP applications.
These applications speak with remote ORACLE 8i databases release 8.1.7.4.
The ORACLE client installed on the same server as the web server is release
8.1.7.0. My applications are using Microsoft ODBC for ORACLE drivers (these
have been installed from the SQL Server 2000 CD).

I am geeting a Dr. Watson on the abover server. Screen shots enclosed.
Will be grateful for what ever help I can get on this front.
Regards
Parag
