[GSoC] Initial Project Discussions

Hi All,

Congratulations to all students who got selected to GSoc.

Till google figure out about the infrastructure matters for GSoC projects,
it will be great if all GSoC students can co-ordinate how their
individual components going to communicate each other and which part of the
master project [1] going to be covered with your sub-project.

For example the Workflow Composer depends on the SOAP-JSON bridge. So Subho
and Shameera needs to agree on data contracts/formats that you all going to
communicate through.

Also this applies to other sub-projects like Monitoring and Messaging.

So please start mail threads in dev list and discuss how your component
interfaces are organized and what messages are flowing.

Feel free to add your thoughts and dont hesitate to ask questions/suggest
your ideas in the mailing list.
