Add new TensorFlow2 based docker that will contribute:
 * Updated Sentiment Analysis parser and model
 * Age Detector and classifier 

 

There is more coming from my book, [Machine Learning with TensorFlow 2ed|https://www.manning.com/books/machine-learning-with-tensorflow-second-edition] but this is the start.
