HCatalog trunk now seems to be mostly compatible with Bigtop 0.6.0 (mostly Hadoop 2.X compatibility). However, we have to modify the packaging provided in BIGTOP-12 in order to split functionality into:
   * hcatalog (base package, command line hcat tool)
   * hcatalog-server (init.d scripts)
   * webhcat (base package)
   * webhcat-server
