[PATCH] missing files in modules/proxy

Hi,

I have tried to use configure --enable-proxy-ajp but the following files are 
missing:
ajp.h
ajp_header.h
ajp_header.c
ajp_link.c
ajp_msg.c
They should be in httpd-2.0/modules/proxy/ajp for windoze and in 
httpd-2.0/modules/proxy in unixes ;-(

I think httpd-2.0/modules/proxy/ajp could be a good location but of course 
config.m4 needs a small modification in this case. (Not in the patch I have 
included).
