Hi, we got a donation from dscape on GitHub, nano - a very popular project.

We already got a repo (couchdb-nano), however the development still happens at dscape/nano [1] for multiple reasons:

 - all the issues are there
 - the wikipages are there
 - the past Pull-Requests are there 

We would to transfer the repo from dscape to the
ASF GitHub Org, to keep all the issues and the wiki. Then we could hook it into the ASF mirroring process where the ASF git is the single source of truth but have transferred all issues. Additionally GitHub would set up the proper redirects.

We would happily volunteer to be one of the first to try out the new GitHub issues/GitHub permissions in the ASF for this repo.
