[users@httpd] Win32 Source link is wrong

I'm not sure this mailing list is suitable for this article.

Win32 Source link of http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi is wrong.

I think it must be http://.../httpd-2.0.54-win32-src.zip
But it is http://.../httpd-2.0.54-win32-x86-src.zip
