Installer 2.0 release details

This is what I am planning to do.  Please let me know if I am missing
something or doing it wrong.

Release Installer 2.0
1.  Add installer v2.0 to
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/flex/installer/2.0/
2.  Update the links on http://flex.apache.org/installer.html to point to
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi?path=/flex/installer/2.0/apache-flex-sdk-installer-2.0.3-src.zip,
etc.
3.  Update the installerbadge.swf that appears on
http://flex.apache.org/installer.html show version 4.9.0
4.  Repeat 3 and 4 for http://flex.apache.org/v2.

Archiving Installer 1.0
*1.  Archive installer v1.0 to where?  What is the SVN url for the archive?*
2.  Move the current version of installerbadge to
http://flex.apache.org/v2/download-archive.html
3.  Update sdk-installer-config.xml to point to the archived sdk url at
http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/flex/4.8.0-incubating/ so that
installer v1.0 continues to work.
4.  Update sdk-installer-config.xml to point to the archived Installer v1.0
at ????

Just added header and footer links at at:
http://www.apache.org/dist/flex/
Feedback is welcome.

It includes a link to the installer. 

Once the installer has propagated I do the official announcement for the 4.9 release (about time!).

All listed tasks are complete now.  The links wont work correctly till the
release gets propagated through the mirrors.

Only one step is pending - which is updating the version number in
sdk-installer-config.xml which would trigger auto-update in existing
installations.  I will do that change when the mirrors start working.

Apparently the releases are automatically archived.  They archived copy of
Installer 1.0 is here [1]
I will update this link in sdk-installer-config.xml asap.
