[Bug 58215] New: CVE-ID20140231

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58215

            Bug ID: 58215
           Summary: CVE-ID20140231
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.0
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_cgid
          Assignee: bugs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: ankyt.palrecha@gmail.com

The mod_cgid module in the Apache HTTP Server before 2.4.10 does not have a
timeout mechanism, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service

Please let me know how to fix this vulnerabilities in apache 2.2 httpd.?

Thanks
Ankit Jain

--- Comment #1 from Eric Covener <co...@gmail.com> ---
Bugzilla is for reporting bugs, not for support. This was fixed in 2.2.x also,
I'd suggest reading the changelog.
