目前当实例级属性变更时，实例事件会通知给消费端，不支持当服务级属性变更时，服务事件通知给消费端

1、添加服务事件通知给消费端
2、修改返回值字段，支持服务结构体信息

服务级属性是静态,实例级属性是动态,当实例级属性丢失时候,可以从服务级属性获取更新到实例级属性中
