  Anything unusual or add-on to your configuration?  Did you load additional
  modules, etc?

  Please attach your conf, the local install path of your Apache and use the
  command:  SET >setlist

  Feel free to email me with your SET if you are uncomforatble posting it.
  There aren't alot of ways for the child process creation to die with error
  22 --- so something unusual is wrong.
