[jira] Created: (QPID-685) Restrict imports and update NOTICE file.
Restrict imports and update NOTICE file.
----------------------------------------
Key: QPID-685
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-685
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Task
Components: Java Broker, Java Client, Java Clustering, Java Common, Java Management Console, Java Performance Tests, Java Tests, Java Tools
Affects Versions: M2, M2.1
Reporter: Martin Ritchie
Assignee: Martin Ritchie
Fix For: M2, M2.1
As part of the release process Kevan pointed out we were including servlet-api which is a sun library and voted -1 for our release.
This problem was due to the commons-configuration pom having servlet-api as a dependency. We need to block all the items we don't need from this package and prepare a new release artifact.
