[ANNOUNCE] GitHub repository couchdb-documentation has been archived


Hi everyone,

just a quick announcement that the GitHub repository couchdb-documentation has been archived. 
The docs were integrated on September 12th, 2022 into the main couchdb
repository.

Tasks performed:

- Migrate GH webhook for building docs into the main repo
- All open issues were migrated into the main repo.
- Closed all (3) open PR's
- Archive apache/couchdb-documentation to prevent modification
