[PR] Add Swedish localization for the web application and extensions [guacamole-client]

yeager opened a new pull request, #1247:
URL: https://github.com/apache/guacamole-client/pull/1247

Swedish users currently have no display-language option in Guacamole. This adds **Svenska (`sv`)** throughout the core web application and the extension translation bundles present on `main`.

The change contains 979 core translation entries and 157 extension entries, with the Swedish resources registered in 18 extension manifests. It covers connection and user administration, session history, import help, errors, JDBC password policies, SSO, Duo, TOTP, QuickConnect, restrictions, recording storage and vault settings. Application name/version, translation references, interpolation arguments and technical identifiers are preserved.

Reviewing the longer Swedish labels also exposed two existing UI issues addressed here: the preferences page's mouse-mode image descriptions referenced nonexistent translation keys, and connection parameter labels forced horizontal overflow on narrow screens. The latter now stacks labels and controls below 600 px; desktop layout is unchanged.

A companion to `guacamole/util/check-translation.py` validates MessageFormat expressions with the frontend's existing runtime and checks interpolation contracts. It has 11 regression tests and introduces no npm dependencies.

   Validation:

   - All 15 Swedish files pass the existing coverage checker (run through a temporary Python 3 syntax conversion), the MessageFormat checker, and translation-reference resolution.
   - Eleven validator regression tests pass, including malformed syntax, renamed/missing arguments, changed select branches and plural offsets.
   - Swedish plural/select rendering checked for 0, 1, 2, 21 and 1.5, including duration units, import counts, file sizes and password history.
   - Full Maven build with `-P lgpl-extensions -DskipTests=false package`, including Java tests and 15 Firefox JavaScript tests.
   - Browser review of login/preferences plus RDP/SSH forms, user administration, TOTP instructions and long errors at desktop/mobile widths using isolated fixtures and simulated API data. RDP/SSH no longer overflow at 390 px.

External authentication providers and live remote desktop connections were not integration-tested.

**Tracking:** This is a draft pending the corresponding Apache JIRA issue. The contribution guidelines require that issue and its key in commit messages; no issue key has been invented. The draft will be updated with the issue reference before it is marked ready for review.

@yeager Thank you very much for your help in adding these localizations in. We definitely appreciate the support from the community in helping us to fill in these gaps.
