  Patch for XALANJ-2175 reviewed by Sarah McNamara (mcnamara () ca ! ibm ! com).
  
  A replacement version of Tidy.jar built (by Sarah) with the same version of
  DOM and SAX APIs as are included in xml-apis.jar.  Without that the change,
  the old version of those APIs included in Tidy.jar conflicted with the versions
  included in xml-apis.jar and Java 5.0, preventing tests from running on that
  version of JDK.
