Please test a fix for James file system respositories

Gentlemen,

You have each reported a problem with James and e-mail across reboots.  We
have a fix for that, which we would like for you to test.

The code is in http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-james/nightly/, and
is strictly for testing.  Please let us know ASAP if this resolves the
problem you reported.
