Thanks Phil! It works now. I found them in zip files at
http://java.sun.com/products/javamail/index.html and
http://java.sun.com/beans/glasgow/jaf.html, respectively.

I agree. If the two jar files could be included in the soap distribution so
that people don't have to download two Sun zip files that unzip to over 8
megs so that they can get these 45K and 280K jar files, it would make it
easier for novices like me to get up and running with SOAP quickly.
