[users@httpd] Apache 2.0.45 + Chroot Howto - Help?

I'm looking for a document descriving how to perform a chroot  install
Apache 2.0.45. Any links to documents would be greatly appreciated.

[users@httpd] Apache WebServer on 64 bit windows?

Is Win64 supported yet? I didn't find a binary distribution. Is
it planned? Is it possible to build it myself from the src? I tried
building it but the Makefiles etc don't seem to be supporting
Win64. Any help or pointers will be greatly appreciated. I
apologize if this question has been asked already.
