[jira] [Updated] (INFRA-11524) Is it possible to set up manually triggered buildbot jobs?

Gavin updated INFRA-11524:
--------------------------
Status: Waiting for user (was: Waiting for Infra)

Builds can be triggered manually via IRC - There needs to be a relevent section in the config for IRC - like the bot name and the IRC channel. Plenty of examples in other config files.

Let me know if that suits.

> The JMeter nightly build includes a step to create the index file.
> When the script needs maintenance, it would be useful to be able to run it without needing to reschedule the entire nightly build of which it is a tiny part.
> Is there a way to create a build job that can be triggered on demand?
