1.2b4 printing to stdXXX

I started apache, and came back to my session a few hours later and found
this on the console:

httpd: could not set socket option TCP_NODELAY
httpd: could not set socket option TCP_NODELAY
httpd: could not set socket option TCP_NODELAY

Should this not be logged instead of dumped to stderr/stdout???
