[ANNOUNCE] Apache Pulsar 3.0.4 released
The Apache Pulsar team is proud to announce Apache Pulsar version 3.0.4.
Pulsar is a highly scalable, low latency messaging platform running on
commodity hardware. It provides simple pub-sub semantics over topics,
guaranteed at-least-once delivery of messages, automatic cursor management for
subscribers, and cross-datacenter replication.

We would like to thank the contributors that made the release possible.

The Maven central sync issue has been resolved. Thanks to Sonatype Maven
Central support and ASF Infra team for resolving the issue.

There's currently an additional delay in synchronizing the maven artifacts from Apache Repository (https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases) to Maven Central (https://repo1.maven.org/maven2).
Usually this step completes in a few hours. The SLA for this is 24 hours.
It's possible to use the Apache Repository in Maven or Gradle to access the artifacts until the synchronization has completed. The URL for the Apache Repository is
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases .
I have made a query to ASF Infra about the delay so that possible errors are resolved asap.
