It would be incredibly useful if the Props Antlib was available on Maven
Central (or any publically available Maven repository).

Specifically, the Antlib is useful when added as a dependency of the Maven
antrun plugin. Currently, I'm having to use a project-specific Maven repository
w/ a pre-built copy of the Antlib.

Does the Props Antlib project currently have any active developers/maintainers?
I've tried to find contact info for the project, commiters in SVN, etc, but to
no avail.

If the answer is no, how would I go about getting added as a developer of the
project?

Guilty. By all means continue to remind me of this on the dev list as long as
it takes. I am quite thinly spread in general but given the pleasant surprise
that someone is actually using the props antlib the least I can do is release
it. :-)

All Ant developers are committers for each Antlib provided by the Ant project -
at least that's the theory.

Most of the work has been done by Matt and we have discussed finally cutting a
release shortly after you opened the issue.

You are more then welcome to join the Ant dev list and help pushing things
along.  For getting commit access the usual ASF rules apply (make yourself
known, provide patches, feedback and so on and it will happen at one point in
time).
